Morning Call - December 01, 2019
Cold
Mostly dry & bright

Issued: 0530hrs Sunday 1st December 2019
Duty forecaster: Claire Darbinyan

A cold, frosty start to the day on Sunday with a few mist and fog patches. Mostly dry and bright across the UK and Ireland though coastal showers could develop around Scotland and for eastern England.

Good morning,

Sunday starts cold and dry with the best of any brightness over western areas. This is also where any overnight mist and fog patches are likely to have formed. A widespread frost is once again likely with a few ice patches too. Cloudier to the east.

The afternoon continues mostly dry and bright though a few showers could form along northern and western coasts of Scotland and along eastern coasts of both England and Scotland. The best of the sun to the west. High temperatures raning from about 1 to 7C, generally mildest to the south.

Cloud thickens over northern Scotland through Sunday evening bringing outbreaks of showery rain here. Elsewhere it stays dry with mostly clear skies.

Have a good day!

Claire
