Cloud, drizzle in west
Mild overall

Issued: 0530hrs Wednesday 17th November 2021
Duty forecaster: Simon Keeling

Plenty of cloud for many, outbreaks of rain and drizzle in the west

A fair amount of cloud through this morning. Low cloud and some drizzle affecting western coasts and hills. Most persistent of the drizzle and rain in western Scotland. Eastern areas should be drier and brighter with some sunny spells. Feeling mild in all areas as well.

This afternoon sees further brighter spells in the east. Western parts are going to be cloudier with a few spots of drizzle too More persistent rain in northwest and western Scotland. Drizzle in northern and western Ireland.

Tonight sees more persistent rain in the far north of Scotland. Some drizzle over western coasts and hills. Elsewhere there will be lots of cloud but some breaks in that too. Perhaps misty in the far south.
