Good morning,

A mixed picture across the UK and Ireland today. Areas of drizzle and rain affecting Ireland, where it will be rather misty too. The risk of low cloud and some drizzle on western coasts of England and Wales. Brighter spells in eastern parts of Wales, central and eastern England. Breezy with rain in northern Scotland.

Similar for this afternoon with sunny spells in central and eastern areas. Rather cloudy in Ireland with some outbreaks of drizzle. Further rain in the far north of Scotland with breezy weather here.

Tonight should be mostly dry with clear spells.
