Morning Call - November 14, 2021
A benign day for many
Local drizzle

Issued: 0530hrs Sunday 14th November 2021
Duty forecaster: Garry Nicholson

Varied low cloud and some sun

Good morning,

Fairly high pressure brings quiet day with light winds in central regions. Areas of stubborn low cloud and murk, but also some sunshine, typically best for Wales and northwest England.

A northeasterly breeze will bring a few drizzly showers to southeast England. A south to southwesterly breeze affects Scotland and Ireland, strongest in the far northwest.

A weak warm front over western Scotland and the Irish Sea produces cloud and some drizzle here. A cold front to the west of Scotland and Ireland will encroach in to bring steadier rain as the day progresses to far western coasts.

Today's top temperatures reaching around 12C, but in duller areas it may stay below 10C.

Have a great day.
Garry
