Becoming wetter in the Mediterranean with the risk of heavy showers and rain


Saturday
Fair for much of Portugal on Friday. Scattered showers affect the east of Spain with heavier showers in the Balearics. Low pressure brings wet weather into Corsica, Sardinia and Italy, the rain heavy at times. Scattered showers in Greece and Turkey, heaviest in the north.
Breezy in France with some sunny spells. A fine day to come in Germany with sunny spells whilst showers affect the north of Poland. Austria and Hungary as well as Switzerland are likely to be dry with sunny spells.
A fair day with sunny spells in Denmark. More cloud and outbreaks of rain affecting northern Sweden. The Baltic States will have some showers whilst heavier rain troubles Finland. Norway will be breezy with showers at times.


Sunday
Unsettled weather across the Mediterranean on Sunday. Rain and showers affecting Spain, some of this heavy. Showers too in the Balearics with scattered showers for Corsica and Sardinia too. Wet in Greece with the threat of some heavy rain whilst rain affects the west of Turkey too. Eastern Turkey should be dry with sunny spells.
Breezy and chiller in northern France, cloud and some rain in the far south. The Low Countries and Germany as well as Poland will be dry with good spells of sunshine. Staying fair in Austria and Hungary as well as Switzerland with more sunshine here.
Breezy and bright in Denmark with sunny spells. Breezy to in much of Sweden with some cloud and showers affecting the Baltic States. Finland is chilly and breezy. Broken cloud and some sunshine in Norway.
