Heavy and sometimes thundery rain in the Mediterranean, fair for most of northern Europe
Showers in eastern and southern Spain on Wednesday. Further heavy showers in Corsica and Sardinia with some heavy and thundery rain in Sicily and southern Italy. Some showers in eastern Italy too. Fair in the west of Greece, but some heavy showers in eastern Turkey.
Fine in France with plenty of sunshine. Further sunshine and dry weather for the Low Countries and Germany. Poland should be fair with sunny periods. The sunshine in Hungary and dry here as well. Austria and Switzerland will be dry with sunny spells, just a few showers in southern Switzerland.
Fair for Denmark with more sunshine to come here throughout the day. Staying fair in much of Swedebn, windy in the north. The Baltic States should remain fair, whilst strong winds and dry weather affect Finland. Norway will have rain in the west, some of it heavy.
Heavy showers in the east of Spain today, but fair in the west with plenty of sunshine with dry weather in Portugal too. Thundery rain for Corsica and Sardinia as well as Italy, some of it heavy. Greece will have some heavy, thundery showers, with sunny spells and further showers affecting Turkey.
Showers in the far south of France, but central and northern areas should be dry with plenty of sunshine. It should be staying fine across the Low Countries and Germany as well as into Poland. More sunshine too in Hungary, with Austria and Switzerland enjoying fair weather.
Sunny spells for Denmark, dry here. More sunshine to come in the Baltic States and again it should be dry. Remaining fair in Finland with plenty of sunshine. Norway will have some showers in the west.
