Friday
Low pressure dominates across many areas into Friday bringing rather unsettled conditions with wintry weather expected across Norway, Sweden and Finland. Fine weather is, however, likely across the British Isles, down into some parts of France and Iberia, but rather cold across Portugal and Spain given northerly winds here. Low pressure dominates through some central areas of the Med bringing unsettled weather to parts of Italy, while cold but mainly dry weather persists across E Europe.


Saturday
On Saturday and high pressure does become more influential across Portugal, Spain and across France bringing fine weather here. Cloudy and damp weather develops across England, Wales and Scotland though and milder here too. Showery weather with snow showers expected across Scandinavia, especially in Finland and Sweden where some very low minimum temperatures are possible too. Weak low pressure continues to be slow moving through some central areas of the Med, brinring rain and showers to the Majorca and parts of Italy, while fune weather is expected across Greece and surrounding countries.
