Cold in the east but mainly dry in central areas


Wednesday
A few showers in northern Spain but overall it should be fair with good sunny spells. Staying fair in the western Mediterranean. Remaining fine across Italy with dry weather and more sunny spells. Scattered showers in Greece but rain and heavier showers in western Turkey.
Some showers in western France, dry in the east. Fair through the Low Countries and Germany with plenty of sunshine here. Fair in Poland although cool. Hungary, Austria and Switzerland will be dry too with more sunshine here.
Breezy and cold in Denmark with sunny spells. Windy in the Baltic States with a mix of sunshine and showers. Heavy and persistent showers for Finland as well as much of Sweden where the showers will be wintry. Showers in western Norway and windy as well as cold.


Thursday
A fair day for Spain and Portugal, although some rain may affect the far northwest of Spain. The Balearics and central parts of the Mediterranean including Italy should have a fine day with lots of sunshine and dry weather. Greece will have sunshine too and should be dry. Heavy, sometimes thundery showers forming over Turkey.
Cloud and rain in northern and northwest France, but apart from an occasional showers central and southern France should be dry and bright. Increase wind and cloud in the Low Countries, Germany and Poland will be fair with sunny spells, Hungary and Austria. A few showers in Switzerland.
Scattered showers in Denmark and some sunny spells. The Baltic States will be isolated showers, some rain and sleet in Finland. Showers and rain too in Sweden. Norway should be fair but there will be some low cloud and patchy rain for western and northern coasts.
