It's a mainly dry and bright forecast for the coming days across the Mediterranean but further north conditions become more unsettled with a mix of breezy winds, rain and wintry showers


Sunday
Cloud and rain in northern Spain. The rest of Spain and Portugal should be dry with plenty of sunshine. The sunshine continues to affect much of the central Mediterranean. Greece and Turkey stay dry with plenty of sunshine and will be warm too.
Cloud and outbreaks of rain and showers in France, breezy in the north. A windy day in the Low Countries and Germany with a risk of gales close to the coasts. There will be periods of showers and heavy rain here. More cloud and rain in Poland, breezy too. Rain and snow showers for Switzerland and Austria.
Overcast with rain and sleet showers in Denmark. The Baltic States will have sunny spells and some wintry showers. Snow or sleet showers will affect the far south of Sweden and Finland while further north will be more persistent snow. Mostly dry and bright in southern parts of Norway however western coastal areas could see persistent snow through the day.

Monday
A dry and bright day for Spain and Portugal while the Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia will start rather overcast. Cloud should clear through the morning to leave a bright afternoon here. Italy will start the day dry but overcast before outbreaks of heavy rain develop through the afternoon. Mostly dry and bright for Greece and Turkey.
Wintry showers in northeastern France should clear south by the evening. Dry elsewhere in the country. Breezy with wintry showers for the Low Countries and Germany. Heavy snowfall affecting Switzerland and Austria while Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia will see some light wintry showers.
A mainly overcast day for Denmark with sleet showers in the south. Further light snowfall affecting much of Finland and the Baltic States. A dry, and mostly bright, day for Sweden and Norway though northern parts of Norway could see some light snow showers.
