Fair for the central and western Mediterranean, but cold and unsettled in Greece and Turkey


Easter Sunday
Dry with plenty of sunshine across Spain and Portugal this Easter Sunday. The good weather pushes right across Sardinia and Corsica into northern Italy, though expect a few heavy showers across southern regions. Thundery, heavy showers in Greece but mostly dry along the Turkish Resorts.
Dry and fine for France, Belgium, Holland and Germany today with plenty of sunshine. Switzerland too should be fine. Sunny spells across Austria though a few showers cannot be ruled out. More mixed across eastern Europe with more cloud and showers about.
A few scattered showers again across Denmark but many should remain dry. Showers through southern regions of Norway heading into central parts of Sweden, otherwise dry. Dry with sunshine across Finland. A few heavier showers expected across the Baltics.


Holiday Monday
A fine day for Spain and Portugal, plenty of sunshine and remaining dry. More sunshine through the Balearics and northern Italy, although heavy showers in southern Italy. Greece and Turkey will have heavy, thundery showers too, some longer spells of rain.
Southern and central France will be fair with sunny spells although cloud and rain affecting the far north and northwest. Coud increasing in the Low Countries with rain here by evening. Germany should have a fine day with sunny spells. Scattered showers in Poland. Fine for Hungary and Austria as well as Switzerland.
A few showers for the Baltic States. Finland should be dry and bright with lots of sunshine. Staying fine for Sweden with more sunshine here. Denmark will have broken cloud but should stay dry. Rain and drizzle in southern Norway but dry and fine in northern areas.
