Saturday 03/06/17
A chance that areas of rain and possible thunder affect the south-east at first, but should clear as pressure builds from the west. A dry and bright start for many with sunny spells and a fresh feel. Showers will increasingly develop across Scotland and Ireland, and a few scattered showers may break out elsewhere by afternoon. South-westerly winds tending to freshen. Highs 16 to 22C, warmest south-east.

Sunday 04/06/17
Low pressure lies to the north-west. Frequent showery rain for Scotland & Ireland, merging into near-constant rain for a few hours locally. An increasing risk of showers breaking out across England & Wales through the day, although there will be sunny spells, best in the morning. Generally driest toward the south-east. A brisk south-westerly breeze, particularly around western coasts. Highs 16 to 21C.

Monday 05/06/17
Low pressure is expected to extend further across the British Isles. A broadly showery day - the showers heaviest and most widespread by the afternoon - some heavy bursts with local thunder. Sunny spells away from showers, generally best in the east. Blustery winds, sudden gusts around showers. Cool in the north, warmer south, highs 15 to 20C.

Tuesday 06/06/17
Low pressure is likely to drift eastwards, but is likely to be followed by another Atlantic low. Showers continue for many, although some some drier periods with sunshine. Fronts pushing in from the west brings a risk of more persistent rain developing, although timing uncertain. Highs 16 to 21C.

Wednesday 07/06/17
A south-westerly pattern is likely. Fronts moving in from the west bring a risk of persistent rain, particularly in the west & north. Driest in the south-east, where it may become warm in any sun. Breezy, perhaps windy for some. Highs 16 to 23C.

Thursday 08/06/17
Staying changeable, with areas of rain or showers spreading from the west. Sunny spells, best in the morning and across eastern counties. Breezy, south-westerly winds. Fairly warm in the south-east. Highs 17 to 23C.
