Thursday
Low pressure to the east is going to be bringing a chilly day for all with a north ot northeast wind affecting many areas. There will be showers tis morning over eastern England, one or two of them heavy. Further north and west it will be a dry start to the day and brighter too with some sunny spells. The showers in the east tending to fade into this afternoon, although always some on eastern coasts. Generally dry with brighter skies in the west and some sunny spells too. Highs at 10 to 14C.

Thursday Night
Further scattered showers affect eastern coasts of England overnight with the threat of some more persistent showers in the far east of Kent. For most the night will be dry with clear skies. Thicker cloud and outbreaks of rain affecting the far west of Scotland and western Ireland. A risk of a slight grounds frost in Wales, northwest England, much of Scotland and eastern Ireland.

Friday
Low pressure remains over northern Germany on Friday with this feeding a chilly northeast wind into the UK. Scattered showers again affecting the east coast of England, most over Essex and Kent. A weakening front brings cloud and some rain into the far west of Scotland and western Ireland. Elsewhere it will be dry with sunny spells. Highs at 11 to 15C.
 

Saturday
The east to northeast flow continues to affect most of the UK and Ireland on Saturday. There will be a few showers on eastern coasts of Scotland and England. Elsewhere it should be mostly dry with some sunny spells. However, there is a low chance of a shower over the far southern coasts of England. Temperatures at 10 to 14C.
