UK Forecast - June 24, 2017
Showers, patchy rain
Dry overnight

Sunday
Overall expect a good deal of cloud with the best chance of some sunshine reserved for Northern Ireland, parts of Scotland and northern England. A front lies across the south so there will be some showers and light rain across parts of Wales and central and southern England this morning. In the afternoon this will clear except for a few showers across The Midlands and East Anglia. North west Scotland will also catch some showers too. Quite a breezy day across Britain. Expect maximums of 15 to 18 Celsius in the north and 18 to 22 Celsius in the south.

Sunday Night
In the evening showers will soon fade away with all areas becoming fine and dry as sunny spells develop quite widely. Apart from a few showers in the extreme north of Scotland, it's looking dry into the night with clear spells. It does cloud over across Northern Ireland as a warm front approaches from the west. Patchy of ground fog develop in low lying areas as the winds fall light. Expect minimum temperatures of 8 to 14 Celsius.

Monday
The winds strengthen across western areas up into the Irish Sea with a developing area of low pressure across north west Ireland. Outbreaks of moderate to heavy rain spills in across Northern Ireland in the morning. A dry morning elsewhere with lots of sunshine across central, southern and eastern parts of England. In the afternoon the far south keeps the dry, sunny weather. Outbreaks of rain to affect Northern Ireland, Scotland and northern England in the afternoon, this heavy in places. This rain lingers here into the evening and night and spreads into western Wales. Much of central and southern England should stay dry and warm. Very windy across northern Scotland tonight and generally quite a breezy night for most. Expect highs of tops of 15 to 23 Celsius.

Tuesday
It remains very windy across northern Scotland today and for most areas it stays unsettled. It's likely that an area of rain lies across Britain in the morning with East Anglia and the south east of England dry. In the afternoon it tends top brighten up but showers develop in most places and a few may turn locally heavy. Showers linger across East Anglia, the south east of England and north west Scotland into the evening and overnight the far south east could see a spell of heavier rain. Expect highs of 16 to 22 Celsius.
