Morning Call - October 14, 2016
Some sunshine
Wet in eastern Scotland

Rare showers, feeling cool

Good morning,

Much of the country will see a dry day today, with occasional sun, generally best in the west. However, persistent rain affects eastern Scotland.

Prolonged falls of rain over the eastern Highlands will continue into Saturday, and over 2 days producing 50mm, perhaps 75-100mm over east facing hills.

Risk of a few showers today, but generally few and far between, mostly in coastal districts in the south, and also over the hills of northern England. An easterly breeze, strongest in the north, and around coasts.

Today's top temperatures will be just 10 to 13C for many, locally up to 15C in the south of England.

Have a great day.
Garry
