Morning Call - September 14, 2016
Murky west
Very warm for most

Issued: 0530hrs Wednesday 14th September 2016
Duty forecaster: Simon Keeling

Very warm or hot in the east, murky with drizzle, rain and a risk of thunderstorms in the west

Good morning,

Another hot day to come across much of England and Wales. There will be some good spells of sunshine, the best of it in the south. There could be some spots of rain in the far northeast of England and an od shower at first in the Midlands, but overall a dry start for many.

Central, northern and western Scotland are going to be cloudier with some outbreaks of rain and drizzle. Further spells of rain in Ireland, plenty of mist and murk here. The rain and drizzle tending to fade through this afternoon, although staying cloudy in the west.

Overnight cloud and murk affects more northern and western areas, perhaps with some drizzle over the south coasts of Ireland and western Scotland. Dry overall and staying humid as well.
