A mild week to come but fairly unsettled. For today though we expect a good of dry weather with sunny spells across Wales and southern England. More in the way of cloud to come across northern parts of Britain and while it's largely dry today, some light rain and drizzle affects western Scotland. It becomes quite windy across northern Scotland and the Northern isles. Expect highs of 10 to 14 Celsius.


It continues windy this evening and overnight with gales in the far north of Scotland. In the evening lightish rain affects north west and south west England along with western Wales. Dry across the remainder of England and Scotland. A milder night to comes with minimum temperatures of 7 to 10 Celsius.


If you are heading abroad over the next couple of days heavy rain may cause some local flooding across eastern Spain while much of mainland Europe is dry but chilly.
