Morning Call - October 28, 2016
Dry, light winds
Grey & damp north-west

Issued: 0530hrs Friday 28th October 2016
Duty forecaster: Garry Nicholson

Cool north, very mild south

Good morning,

It will be dry for most places today as high pressure builds from the south, although some early light rain or drizzle affects north-western England & Wales, where extensive low cloud will keep it dull for many hours.

Early fog in southern England will thin to give hazy sunshine. Cloud will slowly lift in the north-west, although likely to remain overcast here, whilst cloud breaks should develop in the north-east to the lee of high ground.

Light winds for most places, generally westerly, strongest in the far north of Scotland.

Today's temperatures will range from a cool 11 to 13C in Scotland, Northern Ireland & northern England, 14 to 17C for Wales & the south-west, up to a very mild 18 or locally 19C for central & southern England.

Have a great day.
Garry
