Mixed at first then a better end to the month

The month as a whole is likely to be staying unsettled through mid-month. There are signs that by the end of the month high pressure is likely to be building and this may well settle conditions into the later stages of March and early April. Temperatures will be generally above average.

*11/3/17 - 18/3/17*
A mixed week with varying temperatures. There will be periods of rain, but also a few drier days. Indication s are that things turn more unsettled later in the week with the risk of stronger winds too.

19/3/17 - 25/3/17*
Staying rather unsettled with fronts passing eastwards bringing periods of rain. It could be windy too with a risk of some gales. It may be that more western and southern areas are wetter overall. Cooler in Scotland but mostly mild to the south.

*26/3/17 -31/3/17*
Hints of an improvement taking place late in the month as pressure builds. Perhaps becoming brighter and mostly dry with some bright or sunny spells developing.

*1/4/17 - 7/4/17*
A dry start to the month with bright or sunny spells. It may become more unsettled later in the week as the Atlantic exerts it's influence once again.
