Windy and chilly north, some showers in central and southern areas


Wednesday
Some showers in eastern Spain today. Western areas will be brighter with sunny spells. Staying fair in Portugal as well with more sunshine here. A fine day in Italy with lots of sunshine and dry conditions. Greece may have an odd shower in the east but fair overal with more sunshine. Turkey stays dry and sunny although some rain could affect northern coasts.
Breezy and dry with good spells of sunshine in northern France. Broken cloud in central and southern France, although some showers here. More wind and cloudy weather in the Low Countries, with a risk of rain and chilly conditions for eastern Germany. Poland sees more persistent rain and will be cold as well as windy. Austria and Hungary will be cloudy and damp, but fair and dry in Switzerland.
Windy and dry in Denmark with good spells of sunshine. Staying windy across Finland with a risk of gales and mostly dry here. Fair for Finland with some sunshine and chilly weather. Sweden and Norway will be bright and dry overall with sunny spells. Windy in southern Sweden.

Thursday
Fair for much of Spain and Portugal, plenty of sunshine and dry too, although the chance of some rain in the far northeast. Showers affecting the Balearics. These showers may trouble central Italy too, although the north and south are expected to be dry. Sunshine and dry in Greece. Staying fine in Turkey with more sunshine to come here too.
A fair day in most of France, especially in the west and north. The far south may be cloudier with some rain or showers here. A chilly wind in the Low Countries and Germany as well as Poland. Cloud in these countries and some outbreaks of rain. Hungary may be cloudy and damp as well as chilly. Switzerland and Austria will be mostly dry with sunny spells breaking through the cloud.
Windy in Denmark with sunny spells. Scattered showers in the Baltic States and staying windy here too. Fair in Finland with sunny spells. Staying windy in southern Sweden but dry with sunny spells in the north of Sweden. Noways will have good spells of sunshine and it should be dry too.
