Unsettled east with rain and showers, brighter and drier west

Thursday
A dry day in Spain with good spells of sunshine. Scattered showers may affect the Balearics. More persistent showers or rain in Corsica and Sardinia. Heavy showers for Italy, some of them thundery. Scattered showers for western Greece but dry in the east. Turkey will be dry and sunny.
France is going to be dry and sunny for most. The far south could have some cloud and a few spots of rain. Fair through the Low Countries with more spells of sunshine here. Scattered showers in eastern parts of Germany but fine and dry in the west. Poland is mostly dry although an isolated shower here and there. Fair for Hungary with plenty of sunshine, scattered showers over Austria and Switzerland.
Isolated showers in Denmark with sunny spells. The Baltic States is dry and bright with more sunshine here. Finland stays dry and sunny. Sweden is likely to be dry and sunny too, although a few showers over eastern coasts. Rain in southwest Norway. Fair for other areas with sunny spells.

Friday
Showers across central Portugal and Spain on Friday. The showers could be heavy at times. Elsewhere dry with sunny spells. Fair through the Mediterranean with good spells of sunshine. Over Italy it is dry too with sunshine although some heavy showers in the far south. Heavy showers and thunderstorms affecting Greece. Western Turkey may have some heavy showers but the east is dry and bright.
An area of showers affecting northern and eastern France. Fair in the west with good spells of sunshine. Showers over the Low Countries with rain and wind in Germany and western Poland. Hungary should be dry and bright. Some rain in western Austria and wet through Switzerland.
Rain and wind in southern Norway. Brighter in the Baltic States with sunny spells and scattered showers. Windy in Finland with sunny spells. A scattering of showers over central Sweden but mostly dry and sunny. Some showers or outbreaks of rain in western Norway.
