Fair in central and southern and central areas, but breezier to the north

Wednesday
A dry day over Spain and Portugal on Wednesday. This fine weather extends through France bringing more dry conditions here. It should be a dry day across Austria and Hungary as well as southern parts of Germany. More northern parts of Germany and the Low Countries are likely to be seeing more cloud and a brisker wind here.
To the south cloud and rain will be affecting the southern parts of Italy with cloud and some outbreaks of rain here. Northern Italy should be dry and bright. A fair day for most of Greece and Turkey with more sunshine to come here.
A southwest flow through most of Scandinavia brings fronts eastwards with it. This gives rain to Norway and Denmark. Further rain across Sweden, and this extending into Finland and the Baltic States too.



Thursday
Fine with plenty of sunshine through Portugal and Spain today. Sunny for southern France too, although cloud and some drizzle affecting the far north of France. There will be breezier conditions for the Low Countries and Germany as well as Poland with more persistent rain.
Italy will have some fog patches in the north at first, but these clearing to sunny spells. Thicker cloud in the far south of Italy with some rain at times. Rain for southern Greece too, although Turkey is going to be dry with good spells of sunshine.
Low pressure passes through Finland with strong winds and heavy snow here. The snow affecting the Baltic States, but clearing later. A cold day in Norway with the threat of some snow showers. Drier and brighter through Norway, and cold here too.
